Composition

Oolong Shui Xian*. *From organic farming

Origin

Harvested in the high-altitude gardens of Wuyi Shan, mythical mountain of Fujian, China.

Oolong Shui Xian tea: the semi-fermented tea from the Wuyi gardens

It's in the heart of nature, on the Wuyi mountains in China, that the leaves of this semi-oxidized organic tea are harvested. It belongs to the Yancha tea family, growing in rocky garden soils. The nature of the soil gives Shui Xian its typical taste: strong and mineral.
Our organic Oolong undergoes slight oxidation and roasting, which give it woody and fruity notes. In addition to these delicious flavors, a subtle caramel aroma emerges from the cup. This organic product offers superior quality infusions with a light yellow color.

The health benefits and virtues of Oolong Shui Xian tea

In addition to offering a natural product with unique flavor, the semi-fermented tea from Wuyi is an excellent choice for your health. Oolong teas are rich in polyphenols. Drinking several infusions throughout the day limits cell oxidation in your body. Semi-oxidized tea is also beneficial for weight loss. Low in caffeine, Oolong Shui Xian tea can be enjoyed all day long, unlike black coffee and other teas.
