our story
At Thés & Traditions, we have loved tea for a long time. It all began in 2016 in Dijon: Julien Huot opened an online shop and a small 25 m² store, with nearly 150 teas from the world’s finest plantations, mostly organic.
The shop quickly became a meeting place for the curious and tea lovers alike. The family grew, and so did the house: first Ahuy, then Provence, where our workshop has just expanded. Ten years on, the seven of us hand-blend and pack more than 300 teas and herbal teas in France.
We move forward with one simple idea: tea brings people closer. Every infusion is chosen to create connection, to accompany the moments that matter, the pauses that do us good. We want every cup to invite you to slow down, savour, and share a genuine moment.

10 years of history
Julien launches Thés & Traditions in Dijon: the online shop and a first 25 m² store, with nearly 150 teas, mostly organic.
The house moves to Ahuy, near Dijon, into 150 m² with its own shop: beginners and enthusiasts meet there in a warm, family atmosphere.
Over 300 teas and herbal teas, blended by hand and packed in France.
Our workshop settles in Simiane-Collongue, a short drive from Aix-en-Provence.
A new website and, in October, a 320 m² workshop in Bouc-Bel-Air.
Our Bouc-Bel-Air showroom welcomes you: come to see, smell, taste, and leave with your next ritual.

Tea always begins with a gesture. Ancient, on the world's finest plantations. Skilled, in our blends. And simple, at home: brewing a cup for someone you love, taking a quiet moment for yourself, offering a break that does real good.
Exceptional leaves and natural ingredients, often organic, sourced from the finest terroirs. We honour traditional recipes and dare to venture into bolder creations. Because a living tradition is one that dares.
Tea is a bond. The pleasure of sharing, of doing something good for yourself and others, of being together: morning tea with the family, an evening herbal infusion that soothes, a cup offered when someone drops by. Tea becomes a reason for generosity.
