Programme terms

The programme is open to anyone holding a personal customer account on thes-traditions.com. Business accounts, works councils and marketplaces do not take part.
Each paid order earns 5 points per euro paid, excluding shipping, rounded up to the next point. A cancelled or refunded order removes the corresponding points.
500, 1,000 and 1,500 points can be exchanged for a personal voucher of €5, €10 or €15, valid for one year, with no minimum spend, usable in one or several purchases. A claimed voucher cannot be turned back into points.
Missions are credited once per account. Shared content (story, photo, video) is reviewed by our team before points are credited.
Referral: your friend must be a new customer. Their welcome voucher is valid for 30 days, with no minimum spend. The referrer's points are credited when this first order is paid, and removed if it is cancelled. No more than three referrals per household over three months.
Your points stay yours as long as you order at least once every 18 months. After that time without an order they expire, and we email you 30 days beforehand.
Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or refunded. Thés & Traditions may change the programme; any unfavourable change is announced here at least 30 days before it applies.
