Ginger lemon white tea, a refreshing note

Our beverage is developed on a base of organic Pai Mu Tan white tea. White tea has a mild, delicately sweet flavor that pairs well with Chinese green tea leaves. The refreshing side of the drink comes at the end with the aromas of lemon and lemongrass. A slightly spicy note follows thanks to the pieces of ginger. This tea takes your taste buds on a journey under the subtle breeze of exotic gardens. For a fruitier taste, add raspberry. If you prefer a sweeter flavor, dare to mix it with rooibos.

The health benefits and virtues of ginger lemon white tea

Pai Mu Tan white tea contains numerous antioxidants. It is recommended to fight against hypertension. White tea is also known for lowering bad cholesterol levels. In our blend, it is accompanied by lemon peels known for boosting immunity, promoting digestion, and preventing the onset of type 2 diabetes and hypercholesterolemia.
These actions are supported by ginger with its anti-inflammatory effects. Lemongrass enhances this array of benefits with its hypotensive, bactericidal, and antispasmodic properties. A delicate drink useful for digesting after a heavy meal and promoting good cardiovascular health.

Our tasting tips

How to prepare ginger lemon white tea?

In 1 to 2 minutes, you get a drink based on Pai Mu Tan white tea with a subtle citrus taste. Steep the ingredients in a cup of hot water and your infusion will be delicately flavored.

How much ginger lemon white tea to use?

To develop all its flavors, we recommend 12 to 15 grams of our Pai Mu Tan white tea infusion with ginger and fruits for 1 liter of hot water.

What is the ideal infusion temperature for ginger lemon white tea?

The white tea buds are delicate. We suggest using water at 70-80°C (158-176°F) for infusing the product. Beyond that, the temperature could damage the leaves and fruits.

When to drink ginger lemon white tea?

Unlike black tea, white tea is naturally low in caffeine. This beverage with its subtle ginger and citrus fragrance can be enjoyed during the day or in the evening.
