At a glance: wild strawberry and coriander herbal infusion, a fruity and spiced blend, caffeine-free. Brew at 100°C, 10 to 12 minutes, 15 to 20 g/L. Enjoy any time of day.

Picture a cup where juicy strawberry meets coriander seed, subtly citrusy and bright. This infusion weaves together fruity roundness and spiced freshness in a balance that is genuinely rare. A true invitation to curious sipping.

Our house composed this premium blend by bringing together apple, cinnamon, orange peel, goji berry, cardamom and rose petals around the signature duo. Explore our herbal infusions to continue the journey.

The aromatic profile of this coriander infusion

On the nose, strawberry leads with its sweet, lightly tangy character, backed by pieces of apple and goji berry. It is immediately indulgent, almost jammy, an aroma that evokes sun-dappled woodland.

At the heart, coriander seed (5%) releases its citrusy, faintly anise-like notes. Cardamom and cinnamon carry the spice forward with warmth, while orange peel adds a bright, sunny lift.

In the finish, rose petals and mallow bring a delicate floral signature. Popcorn, one of the blend's more surprising ingredients, lends an almost biscuity smoothness. Red beetroot gives the liquor its beautiful rosy hue.

How to brew this wild strawberry and coriander herbal infusion

Bring soft, low-mineral water to 100°C. Use 15 to 20 g of blend per litre, roughly one heaped tablespoon per large cup.

Steep for 10 to 12 minutes, covered, to allow the spices and fruit to fully release their aromas. Strain and enjoy as it is: no sweetener needed, as the strawberry and apple naturally round out the cup.

This infusion also works beautifully iced: brew hot, let cool, then serve over ice with a slice of orange. A perfect fruity refresher in summer. For a different take, try our Green Point herbal infusion, with a cooler, minty edge.

Benefits of coriander infusion

Coriander has long been used traditionally to support digestive comfort. According to the EFSA, its seeds contribute to healthy digestive function and intestinal balance.

Cardamom and cinnamon, both present in this blend, have also been studied for their potential benefits on digestion and general wellbeing, as noted in references cited by the ANSES. Caffeine-free, this infusion can be enjoyed at any hour, even in the evening.

Julien Huot, founder of Thés & Traditions, personally selects every ingredient in this blend to ensure a generous, well-balanced aromatic profile.

Storage

Keep this herbal infusion in its original airtight tin, away from light, moisture and strong odours. Packaged in our workshop, it will retain its full aromatic freshness for 18 to 24 months.
