Our Pink Cloud Rooibos is one of them: a soft, fruity candy floss rooibos, built around a smooth, naturally woody rooibos and lifted by the gentle tartness of goji berries, with tiny melt-in-the-mouth sugar hearts and clouds that tint the blend in soft pastel shades.

The flavour profile of Pink Cloud Rooibos

Open the bag and the blend releases a warm, sweet fragrance, close to light caramel and candied strawberry: an immediate evocation of candy floss. The goji berries add a bright, slightly tart fruitiness that lifts the flavour without weighing it down.

In the cup, the liquor reveals an amber-rose colour and a velvety texture, characteristic of rooibos. The finish is soft, round and lingering, with that sweet, airy note that gives this indulgent infusion its personality.

How to brew candy floss rooibos

It couldn't be simpler: use 15 to 20 g of blend per litre, roughly one heaped teaspoon per cup. Pour over water at 100°C and steep for 7 to 10 minutes. The high temperature and generous brewing time are nothing to worry about: rooibos never turns bitter, even with a long steep, so you can leave it a few extra minutes without any concern.
