The water should be heated to the right temperature, and the tea leaves need to remain infused, preferably covered, for the recommended time.

How much bergamot green tea to use?

12 to 15 grams of leaves are sufficient for a teapot with a capacity of one liter of water, or 2 to 3 grams per cup. Using a tea spoon, you will need 1 to 2 doses for a container such as a classic mug.

What is the ideal infusion temperature for bergamot green tea?

The water temperature is perfect when it reaches 75 to 80°C (167 to 176°F). After pouring the liquid over the tea, it should not take more than 2 to 3 minutes for optimal infusion.
