A violet and raspberry green tea for infusions with a natural fruit and floral flavour

This blend, scented with violet, brings together two quality teas from China: Sencha and White Monkey. Their infusion develops a smooth, delicate flavour with gentle floral and fruity notes. It also releases hints of honey and walnut for an unmatched softness.
The natural violet aroma and mallow flowers add a delicately floral touch to this blend. And raspberry brings generous fruitiness to the cup, lending the infusion a wonderful sweetness and depth. A perfect choice for a fragrant, indulgent tea time.

The benefits of violet and raspberry green tea

The ingredients in this violet and raspberry green tea bring exquisite flavour to every cup, and a little more besides. Chinese Sencha and White Monkey are both green teas, naturally rich in antioxidants and theine, supporting the body with gentle energy. Mallow is a prized flower in herbal medicine: its infusions have a soothing effect and may help ease everyday discomforts such as abdominal pain and dry coughs. With its warm, indulgent flavour, raspberry brings comfort to every sip, while its fibre content supports healthy digestion.

Brewing guide

How to prepare violet and raspberry green tea

For a perfectly flavoured infusion, steep for 2 to 3 minutes in hot water. A teapot or filter bag and a cup are all you need.

How much to use

For a well-rounded cup of Chinese Sencha and white tea with indulgent notes, allow 12 to 15 grams per litre.

What is the ideal brewing temperature?

Heat the water to between 75 and 80 °C. This allows the full flavour and aromatic notes of your tea blend to shine.

When to enjoy violet and raspberry green tea

Its gentle, smooth character makes it a pleasure at any time of day. Whether at breakfast or during an afternoon tea time, every moment is a good one. The theine content is moderate, so if you are not sensitive to it, an evening cup is perfectly fine too.

The benefits of loose-leaf violet and raspberry green tea

We put great care into selecting our ingredients, with quality and flavour as our guiding priorities. To preserve the freshness of our loose-leaf products, we pack them in France. Our resealable pouches and metal tins ensure optimal preservation from the first cup to the last.

Benefits and characteristics

Like all lightly oxidised green teas, this blend is naturally rich in catechins, the antioxidant polyphenols characteristic of Camellia sinensis. The EFSA recognises the role of green tea polyphenols in protecting cells from oxidative stress (EFSA reference, claims on hold for Camellia sinensis). A tea for both pleasure and well-being, best enjoyed as part of a balanced lifestyle.
