At a glance: organic Ayurvedic herbal infusion with 12 plants (mint, cinnamon, chamomile, fennel…), relaxing and digestive. Steep 7–10 min at 212°F (100°C), 15–20g/L, perfect any time of day or evening.

Inner Peace is a blend of twelve organic botanicals crafted to accompany your moments of quiet. Fresh mint, warming cinnamon, soothing chamomile: each ingredient plays its part in a singular aromatic balance, inspired by the great blending traditions of Ayurveda.

Julien Huot, founder of Thés & Traditions, composed this infusion with the same care he brings to every creation from the house. Explore our organic Ayurvedic herbal infusions to go further into our Ayurvedic universe.

The aromatic profile of Inner Peace herbal infusion

The moment you open the packet, mint (29%) announces itself with a clean, leafy freshness. It weaves together with the warm, woody notes of Ceylon cinnamon sticks (12%), then gives way to the anise-like character of fennel (11%), the blend's true aromatic signature.

On the palate, ginger and clove bring a gentle spice, quickly softened by chamomile (3%) and naturally sweet liquorice root. Hibiscus lends the infusion a copper hue, while cardamom, pink pepper and orange peel carry the finish into bright, fragrant territory.

The overall taste is round, natural, at once refreshing and comforting. A complex botanical infusion, caffeine-free, ideal for a moment of relaxation at any hour. Browse our herbal infusion selection to vary your rituals through the seasons.

How to prepare this relaxing herbal infusion

Use 15 to 20 g of botanicals per litre of water, just at a rolling boil (212°F / 100°C). Steep for 7 to 10 minutes depending on the strength you prefer, then strain gently. Chamomile and mint release their aromas gradually, while cinnamon and liquorice root need a few extra minutes to fully express themselves.

Cover the teapot during steeping to preserve the volatile aromas of the fresh botanicals. Enjoy as is, or add a touch of honey to bring out the roundness of the liquorice and soften the spiced finish.

Try our Ayurvedic herbal infusion as an evening ritual, paired with a book or a few deep breaths, for a genuine moment of calm.

Storage

Keep your herbal infusion in its original tin, away from light, moisture and strong odours. Packaged in our own workshop, it retains its full aromatic freshness for several months and preserves the intensity of the spices.
