The aromatic profile of Jardin des Mirages
The moment you open the bag, the warm scent of sun-dried fruits is released. Fig lends its honeyed roundness, date brings a caramelised touch, and grape extends that sweetness into an almost syrupy note.
On the palate, orange peel and natural grapefruit aroma lift the blend with a fresh, slightly tart brightness. Whole verbena draws out a light, herbaceous finish with a hint of lemon, while rose petals leave a subtle floral elegance.
- Top: vibrant grapefruit, orange peel
- Heart: soft fig, candied date, golden grape
- Base: herbaceous verbena, rose petals, sweet carrot

How to prepare Jardin des Mirages
To bring out the full aromatic richness of this infusion, use 12 to 15 grams of blend per litre of water, roughly one heaped tablespoon per 250 ml cup.
Bring the water to 100°C (a rolling boil) and pour it over the fruits and botanicals. Steep for 7 to 10 minutes depending on your preferred intensity: 7 minutes for a fresh, fruity cup, 10 minutes for something richer and more enveloping.
Strain through a tea infuser or paper filter. This herbal infusion is lovely on its own, but also welcomes a drizzle of honey or a slice of fresh orange. Served iced, let it cool and pour over ice with a few mint leaves for a refreshing summer drink.
Storage
Store your infusion away from light, moisture and heat sources, in an airtight metal tin or opaque glass jar. Properly stored, it will retain its full fruity fragrance for 18 to 24 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to air to preserve the freshness of the dried fruits and the delicacy of the rose petals.
