The aromatic profile of Tisane Melon Givré

This infusion opens with a generous, sweet flavour of juicy melon. Apple adds a rounded fruitiness, while hibiscus brings a gentle rosy tartness, almost effervescent.

At the heart, apple mint and lemon myrtle unfold a delicate, aromatic freshness: not overly mentholated, not too green. A natural cucumber note extends the chilled sensation, like a breath of summer garden.

On the finish, lemon peel lifts the whole blend with a bright note, supported by cornflower and mallow petals that add a floral, visual flourish. In the cup, the infusion reveals a pretty blush hue and an indulgent scent, like a liquid sorbet.

How to brew Tisane Melon Givré

For a perfect hot cup, use 15 to 20 g per litre of water at 100°C. Steep for 10 to 12 minutes so the fruit pieces, flowers and mint leaves can fully release their aromatic ingredients.

Strain and enjoy as is: melon, apple and cucumber speak for themselves. For a sweeter touch, a little sugar or honey can enhance the sorbet quality.

For a cold version, two approaches work beautifully. The quick method: brew as usual with hot water, strain, then pour directly over crushed ice for an instantly fragrant iced infusion.

The slow method, or cold brew: place 15 g of the blend in 1 litre of cold water, leave to steep for 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator, then strain. The result is a crystal-clear, mellow drink with just a gentle tartness, ideal on the hottest days. Serve with a few fresh basil or mint leaves.

Storing your herbal infusion

Keep your Tisane Melon Givré in an airtight container, away from light, moisture and strong odours. An opaque metal tin or a dark glass jar will best preserve the fruit pieces, petals and natural aromas for 12 to 18 months.
