Summer Breeze: Guava-Grapefruit Sencha

The Summer Breeze is a summer green tea with exotic character. Quality Sencha, lemon peel, lavender, mandarin and natural guava and grapefruit flavours: a fresh, fruity infusion that's just as inviting hot as it is iced.

Flavour Profile

Bright golden liquor. On the nose: sparkling grapefruit, juicy guava, soft lavender. On the palate: tangy fruit, citrus freshness, a floral lavender touch, and a lightly tart, thirst-quenching finish.

Hot or Iced

Hot: 4–5 g per 300 ml, water at 70–80 °C, steep 2 to 3 minutes
Iced: cold brew for 6 to 8 hours in the fridge, serve over ice with a slice of grapefruit
Can be re-steeped 1 to 2 times
