Jiangkou: a strawberry raspberry green tea with a gourmet fragrance

You'll appreciate this natural product for its unique taste combining the sweetness of flowers and the gourmet flavor of red fruits. Made with quality organic ingredients (rose petals, strawberries, and raspberries), Jiangkou tea also owes its popularity to its unique blend of green teas. Here's the list:

  • Sencha (Chinese green tea, vegetal aroma, pale orange liquor);
  • White Monkey tea (Chinese green tea, peach and apricot notes, clear liquor);
  • Jasmine Dragon Pearls (Chinese green tea scented with jasmine, floral flavors, golden liquor).

The health benefits and virtues of strawberry raspberry green tea

Sought after for its delicious red fruit taste, organic strawberry raspberry green tea is also known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. Full of flavonoids, this blend of three green teas helps to fight against aging and cognitive disorders. In our organic Jiangkou tea, these benefits are enhanced by the properties of fruits (rich in vitamins C and B9, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus) and flowers (rose buds with anti-inflammatory properties).

Our tasting tips

How to prepare strawberry raspberry green tea?

To release the fruity aroma of your tea, don't hesitate to use water low in limestone and minerals. Unlike black teas and rooibos which require boiling infusion water, organic Jiangkou tea blending green teas, flowers and fruits requires simmering water and a relatively short infusion time.

How much strawberry raspberry green tea?

Measure 12 to 15 grams of product per liter of organic Jiangkou tea. That's 3 to 4 grams or one heaping teaspoon for an individual cup.

What is the ideal steeping temperature for strawberry raspberry green tea?

Your organic strawberry raspberry green tea will reveal its exquisite taste with water at 70-80°C. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes and your green tea with gourmet notes is ready to be enjoyed.

When to drink strawberry raspberry green tea?

Strawberry raspberry green tea can be enjoyed throughout the day. This fruity and floral product can also be included in the list of ingredients for delicious iced teas garnished with lemon, orange, vanilla, or mint.
