our expertise
In our workshop in Provence, each blend is handcrafted with passion by our team.
Real pieces of dried fruit, whole plants and carefully selected teas of origin.
Carefully crafted to create unforgettable tasting moments. A signature taste, an authentic experience.
At a glance: a fruity Sencha green tea with passion fruit, pineapple and lemongrass. Brew at 70-80°C, 2-3 min, 12-15 g/L.
Pure Passion is one of our most sun-drenched creations. Built on a carefully selected Sencha base, we crafted a tropical blend where passion fruit meets candied pineapple, papaya and bright lemongrass.
Rose petals and marigold flowers add a floral touch that rounds out the whole cup. A indulgent infusion equally wonderful hot or iced, at any time of day.
Up front, pineapple and papaya open the cup with a generous, almost juicy fruitiness. Lemongrass brings a lively, zesty lift that awakens the palate.
At the heart, the Sencha unfolds its characteristic vegetal roundness, anchored by the natural aroma of passion fruit. Lemon peel adds a perfectly balanced tangy freshness.
In the finish, rose petals and marigold flowers leave a delicate floral signature, while passionflower (3%) lingers with a gentle sweetness. Explore our selection of green teas to discover other fruity profiles, including our Jardin de Paris with notes of raspberry and violet.
Use 12 to 15 g per litre, roughly one heaped teaspoon per cup. Heat low-mineral water to 70-80°C: water that is too hot will scorch the Sencha leaves and bring out bitterness.
Steep for 2 to 3 minutes, no longer. Strain immediately to preserve the balance between the freshness of the green tea and the tropical aromas. For an iced version, double the quantity and steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Keep Pure Passion in its original caddy or an airtight, opaque container, away from light, heat and strong odours. Best enjoyed within 12 months of opening to make the most of its fruity notes.
