In a nutshell: organic coconut mango herbal infusion, caffeine-free, steep for 10-12 min at 100°C. A fruity, exotic blend with notes of coconut, mango and hibiscus.
Picture a cup that smells of ripe fruit, the juicy flesh of mango and the silky warmth of coconut. Caribbean Dream was crafted as a gentle, fruity, indulgent escape: wonderful served warm in winter or iced in summer.
Completely caffeine-free, it can be enjoyed at any hour: as an afternoon break, after dinner, or alongside a fruity dessert. Browse our herbal infusions to keep the sensory journey going.
This organic infusion leans fully into island flavours with a generous blend of fruits. The moment you open the tin, coconut fills the air, followed by sunny notes of ripe mango and orange peel.
On the palate, the cup is round and fruity. Hibiscus brings a bright, refreshing acidity, apple and papaya soften the blend, while the mango pieces and coconut (21%) leave a rich, almost dessert-like finish.
Marigold and cornflower petals add a delicate floral touch and a beautiful splash of colour to the cup. The result is a deep, luminous red liquor, fruity and smooth from start to finish. Explore our fruity infusions to discover even more.
If you enjoy tangy, vibrant profiles, you might also love our wild berry herbal infusion, which has an even livelier edge.
Brewing is simple and forgiving: this infusion holds up beautifully to a long steep, with no bitterness or astringency.
For a perfect iced version in summer, double the quantity, steep for 12 minutes in hot water, strain, then pour over ice. You can also cold-brew it: use 8 g per litre and leave it in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours for a naturally fruity, refreshing drink.
Enjoy it as it is to let the aromas shine, or sweeten gently with a little flower honey. It also makes a wonderful carafe drink at brunch: its sunny character never fails to delight. If you're not sure which herbal infusion suits you best, our guide to choosing an herbal infusion is a great place to start. Savour it as an afternoon treat for a true exotic escape.
