At a glance: an organic Provençal Walk green tea blending Sencha and Pai Mu Tan with aromatic herbs from the South of France (rosemary, thyme, verbena, olive leaf, lemongrass, cinnamon). Brewing: 70-80°C, 2 to 3 min, 12 to 15 g/L. Herbaceous, fresh, and lightly spiced notes.
Close your eyes and let the fragrance lead the way. The moment you open the pouch, the herbs of Provence fill the air: forthright rosemary, wild thyme, a bright touch of lemongrass. This infusion is an invitation to wander beneath the southern sun, built around a base of organic Sencha and Pai Mu Tan, two green teas with complementary characters, one lively and vegetal, the other smooth and gently floral.
This blend was crafted for morning and daytime moments: a cup that wakes you without jolting, that soothes without weighing you down. Olive leaf lends its subtle bitter note and well-known properties, while verbena and cinnamon round out the whole with a soft, familiar warmth.
The aromatic profile of Provençal Walk green tea
On the palate, the sensations unfold naturally:
- On the opening: lemony, herbaceous freshness, carried by the lemongrass and thyme
- In the heart: the vegetal roundness of the Sencha, lightly grassy, balanced by the mellowness of the Pai Mu Tan
- On the finish: a quiet spiced warmth, underlined by cinnamon and a lingering hint of rosemary
To preserve all the aromas, brew at 70-80°C for 2 to 3 minutes, using 12 to 15 g per litre. Keep the pouch sealed tightly, away from light and strong odours.
