Fruity Paradise is one of our most sun-drenched blends. Built on a Sencha base with its characteristic vegetal and briny notes, we layered in a bouquet of luscious fruits that brightens the cup from the very first sip.

Up front, pineapple and papaya deliver a juicy, exotic opening that feels almost tropical. The heart unfolds into velvety apricot and ripe strawberry, with a bright blueberry note that adds depth and lift to the whole.
Rose and mallow petals bring a delicate, almost floral finish. The Sencha's aroma lingers at the base of the cup, with its signature herbal freshness. The balance is indulgent without being sweet, fruity without excess: an essential brew for lovers of soft, sun-warmed flavours.

Use 12 to 15 g of leaves per litre of water, roughly a heaped teaspoon per cup. Heat the water to 70-80°C: water that is too hot will scorch the Sencha leaves and bring out unwanted bitterness. Filtered, low-mineral water works best.
Steep for 2 to 3 minutes, no longer. Strain and enjoy as it is, without sugar or milk, to let the fruit notes shine through. A second infusion is possible: simply extend the steeping time slightly.

Store the leaves in an airtight, opaque tin, away from light, moisture and strong odours. Proper storage preserves the natural fruit aromas for up to 18 months after opening. Avoid the refrigerator, where condensation can damage the leaves.
