While the natural currant aroma quickly envelops your taste buds, it is enhanced by raspberries and blackcurrants. As these flavors subside, your palate discovers the more subtle aronia berries. Finally, the aftertaste is characterized by the arrival of rose petals, whose aromas lie between red fruits and citrus.

Unlike red tea made from rooibos, our white tea with red fruits only needs 2 to 3 minutes of steeping in hot water to be ready.

How much red fruit white tea to use?

For a rich and natural taste, we recommend using 12 to 15 grams of ingredients for 1 liter of hot water. Beyond that, the fruity flavor may become sweet on the palate.

What is the ideal steeping temperature for red fruit white tea?

To bring out the raspberry flavor without burning that of the rose petals, we suggest steeping at 70-80°C (158-176°F). At a lower temperature, it leaves a slightly bitter taste to the aronia berry.

When to drink red fruit white tea?
