The aromatic profile of the Peach Mojito herbal infusion
Up front, peach takes centre stage: round, juicy, gently sweet. The natural peach flavouring (3%) and fruit pieces (1%) give the first sip a sun-kissed, indulgent quality, rounded out by apple and grape.
At the heart of the blend, mint and lemongrass bring the bright, lively notes that recall the Cuban cocktail. Hibiscus and rosehip add a soft tartness, almost rosy, that balances the fruitiness without ever overpowering it.
In the finish, South African rooibos unfolds its naturally smooth, caffeine-free warmth. Marigold flowers and rose petals close with a delicate floral touch that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
How to brew the Peach Mojito herbal infusion
For a well-balanced cup, use 15 to 20 grams of the blend per litre of water. Bring the water to a full boil (100°C / 212°F), pour over the fruit pieces and steep for 10 to 12 minutes. The longer steep is intentional: fruits and flowers need time to rehydrate and release their full flavour.
Strain using a tea infuser, paper filter or French press teapot. Enjoy as is, or stir in a spoonful of honey to bring out the peach. A fresh mint leaf and a slice of lemon make a lovely finishing touch.
For the iced version, double the quantity, steep for 12 minutes, let it cool slightly, then pour over ice. Add a light syrup, a few peach slices and a sprig of mint: your non-alcoholic mojito is ready in minutes. For more refreshing ideas, you may also enjoy our Fruity Juice herbal infusion.

Frequently asked questions
How do I prepare a peach mint infusion?
Pour boiling water (100°C / 212°F) over 15 to 20 g of the blend per litre and steep for 10 to 12 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool and serve over ice for an easy homemade iced infusion.
What are the benefits of mint?
Mint is traditionally used to support digestive comfort and to freshen the breath, as noted by the ANSES. Here it brings a bright, refreshing flavour that works beautifully both hot and iced.
Where can I buy organic herbal infusions?

How do I steep mint properly?
Mint suits near-boiling water (95–100°C / 203–212°F) and a steeping time of 5 to 12 minutes depending on how strong you like it. Beyond that, the flavour remains pleasant, as mint does not develop noticeable bitterness the way green tea can.
