At a glance: organic peach apricot rooibos with fruity, vanilla-kissed notes, naturally caffeine-free. Brew at 100°C, 7 to 10 minutes, 15 to 20 g/L. Perfect in the morning, hot or iced.
Picture an orchard bathed in summer light. That is the spirit behind this Thés & Traditions blend: a caffeine-free red tea where juicy peach meets velvety apricot, layered over a warm base of vanilla and soft date.
This indulgent blend pairs rooibos and Honeybush, two naturally mellow herbal infusions, for a cup that is round, gently sweet without added sugar, and wonderfully delicate. A fruity retreat, as welcome at breakfast as on a sunny afternoon.
The moment you open the pouch, natural aromas of peach and apricot rise in a generous bouquet. A bright, fruity, almost sun-warmed opening that sets the tone for a thoroughly indulgent cup.
On the palate, the amber liquor unfolds with an easy, supple texture. Rooibos brings its signature honeyed roundness, while Honeybush extends the softness with a light floral, faintly sweet finish.
Pieces of apricot and peach (2%) infuse a lush fruitiness, supported by date for a natural touch of sweetness. Vanilla weaves through the blend, wrapping everything in a gentle, creamy warmth.
Marigold and cornflower petals, scattered like vivid flecks of colour, give this organic blend its distinctive visual charm. Maca root, more discreet in character, adds a subtly malty depth to the finish.

Brewing comes down to four essentials: water, dose, time, and temperature. A soft, ideally filtered water will bring out the full aromatic finesse of the blend.
Water: bring your water to a full boil, 100°C. Unlike green or white teas, rooibos welcomes boiling water with no bitterness whatsoever.
Dose: use 15 to 20 g per litre, roughly one heaped tablespoon for a 500 ml teapot. Adjust to suit the intensity you prefer.
Time: steep for 7 to 10 minutes. Rooibos never turns bitter, so feel free to brew a little longer if you like a fuller cup.
Accessories: a teapot with a wide-basket infuser or a loose-leaf filter with a drip tray works best, giving the fruit pieces and flowers room to unfurl and release their full aroma.
For an iced version, double the dose, brew hot, then pour over ice. A naturally sweet, refreshing summer drink, with date and fruit doing all the work. Try our rooibos pina colada for an exotic twist.
Store your peach apricot rooibos in an airtight tin, away from light, moisture, and strong odours. Packed in our own workshop, it will hold its full aromatic character for 18 to 24 months under proper conditions.
