On top of this refreshing swirl comes the soothing taste of lavender flowers, pushed by a touch of vanilla. The peppermint leaves spice up this roundness. The end of mouth of the infusion is perfumed with the roasted hazelnut notes of mallow flowers. For a more original preparation, this sweet tea can be infused with fruits, rose or rooibos, always from a bag or a box.

For an infusion with the generous taste of lavender flowers and sweet mint, we recommend using 12 to 15 grams of ingredients per liter of hot water. This represents the weight of one spoonful of product per cup.

What is the ideal brewing temperature for lavender mint green tea?

Lavender flowers and mint leaves are fragile. To maintain the health benefits and flavor of the tea, we recommend infusing the ingredients in water at 70-80°C.
