Produced in China, Genmaicha Yukihime means "brown rice tea". Indeed, this preparation is a mixture of green Bancha or Sencha teas and roasted wild rice grains. When this Japanese recipe is made with matcha (green tea powder) and puffed rice, it is called Matcha-Iri Genmaicha.
