How to prepare energising green tea

Our "energy" green tea is wonderfully simple to brew. Place the desired amount of loose leaf into a tea infuser and steep in your cup. The tea is ready to enjoy after just 2 to 3 minutes of infusion.

How much tea to use

For a rich, full flavour, our Matcha green tea with Yerba Mate calls for 12 to 15 grams per litre of water. Over-diluting the blend reduces both its taste and its benefits.

What is the ideal brewing temperature?

To preserve all the properties of our tea leaves, this "energy" blend should be brewed at 75–80°C. Water that is too hot will mask the flavour and diminish the qualities of the ingredients.

When is the best time to drink energising green tea?

Due to its Matcha, Yerba Mate, black tea and guarana content, our organic green tea "energy" blend is best enjoyed during the day. It is not recommended in the evening, as guarana contains caffeine with a stimulating effect similar to coffee.
