How much red fruit rooibos?

To obtain a richly flavored infusion, we recommend using 15 to 20 grams of ingredients for one liter of water. Rooibos does not contain any theine, so a larger amount will only increase the flavor of the infusion.

What is the ideal infusion temperature for rooibos with red fruits?

Unlike the more fragile flower infusions , red fruit rooibos requires a temperature of 100°C to unfold its flavors. A cooler temperature slows down the development of the red fruit aromas.
