The use of a water low in limestone and minerals will only be better for your organic rose tea. Unlike some fresh plants that require simmering water for their infusion, organic rose tea, mixing flowers and dried fruits, requires boiling water and a relatively long infusion time.
How much rose tea?
Measure a quantity of 15 to 20 grams of organic rose tea for 1 liter of water. For a standard cup reduce the weight to 3 to 4 grams of product, or 1 heaping teaspoon.
What is the ideal infusion temperature for rose tea?
Theinfusion of organic rose tea requires water at 100°C. It will take 10 to 12 minutes for this mixture of flowers and plants to release its intoxicating taste and all its health benefits.
