Sourced from organic farming, this natural tea with a red or dark orange color is produced in South Africa, just like its cousin Honeybush. Meaning reddish bush, rooibos is harvested during the austral summer when the flowers have fallen from the shrub. Its leaves are then oxidized and dried.
