With quality water, the preparation of your herbal tea will be even more successful. Ideally, choose water that is low in calcium and minerals. This organic herbal tea requires boiling. The heat allows the mint leaves and other ingredients to reveal all the subtleties of this exceptional product.

How much herbal tea?

Use 12 to 15 grams of product for 1 liter of water. In other words, plan for 1 teaspoon per cup, which is between 2 to 3 grams of product (equivalent to small tea bags).

What is the ideal infusion temperature for the herbal tea?

The recipe is simple: the water must boil, not simmer, meaning it should be brought to 100 degrees Celsius. Then wait 7 to 10 minutes while the mint leaves, orange, carrot, and ginger release their aromas.
