Time for tea. To brew a perfect cup of organic floral green tea, place the loose leaves in a teapot, tea infuser or filter bag. Pour over hot water and allow to steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

How much floral green tea should you use?

For a fragrant, flavourful cup with just the right balance of sweetness, use 12 to 15 grams of loose-leaf blend per litre of water. This is the ideal quantity to let every petal express itself fully.

What is the ideal brewing temperature for floral green tea?

To let the blend reveal its floral notes and citrus freshness, steep your green and black tea blend in water heated to between 70 and 80°C.

When is the best time to enjoy floral green tea?

Wonderful at breakfast or as an afternoon tea, this fragrant green tea can be enjoyed at any time of day. Since both Chinese Sencha and Assam black tea contain caffeine, it is best avoided in the evening.
