How much spiced green tea to use?

To balance the flavours of organic Chinese teas with the warmth of cinnamon and ginger, we recommend using 12 to 15 grams of organic spiced tea per litre of water.

What is the ideal brewing temperature for spiced green tea?

White tea leaves are delicate. For a fragrant organic tea with beautiful spice notes, brew at 75–80 °C. Higher temperatures can damage the more delicate leaves and flowers.
