From the moment you open the packet, a natural mango aroma unfolds, accompanied by sunny notes of passion fruit and orange. The scent evokes a basket of ripe fruits warmed by a generous sun.
On the palate, the amber liquor opens with a smooth, rounded attack carried by the blend of Assam and South Indian black teas. Pai Mu Tan white tea lends its velvety softness, while Darjeeling OP green tea adds an elegant freshness.
At the heart of the blend, a burst of fruitiness unfolds: tender mango pieces, juicy papaya and lightly tart aronia berries weave together a luscious texture, with no added sugar. There is even a hint of physalis, that small golden fruit with its delicately bittersweet edge.

To bring out the full richness of this blend, use 12 to 15 grams of leaves per litre of water, roughly one heaped teaspoon per cup. A precise measure ensures the right balance between the black tea base and the fruit pieces.
Bring water to 100°C, then pour it over the leaves placed in a filter or teapot. Boiling water draws out the full aromas of the black tea, mango pieces and flower petals.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. Three minutes gives a smooth, fruity cup; five minutes delivers a fuller, more robust character. The liquor takes on a beautiful copper hue, with no excessive bitterness.
This blend is best enjoyed as it is, without added sugar, to preserve the purity of its natural aromas. For an iced version, cold-brew for 4 hours in the refrigerator: a wonderfully refreshing treat. Try this blend cold-brewed on warm summer days.
