How much dried ginger should I use?

It is recommended to use 13 to 18 grams of dried organic ginger pieces for 1 liter of water. The weight for a single cup (250 cl of water) is between 3.5 and 4.5 grams, or about one heaping dessert spoon of product.

What is the ideal infusion temperature for dried ginger?

To make a successful infusion of organic dried ginger, bring your water to 100°C. Wait 7 to 10 minutes to enjoy the spicy taste of this tropical plant.

When to drink dried ginger?
