Composition

Ingredients:

China Sencha green tea, flavoring, blackberry leaves, strawberry (2%), rhubarb (2%).

Boil the water and let it cool to a temperature of 70-80°C.
In a teapot, add the 12-15 grams of green tea strawberry rhubarb for one liter of water
Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes, remove the tea leaves using a strainer or a tea filter.
Serve the hot tea in cups or mugs.

For more flavor, you can add sugar, honey or agave syrup to your tea. You can also add slices of strawberry or rhubarb for an extra decorative touch and flavor. This tea can be drunk in the morning or during the day, depending on your preference. It contains a moderate amount of caffeine, so if you are sensitive to caffeine, avoid drinking it at night.
