What is the ideal steeping temperature for pistachio black tea?

For a beautiful symphony of flavors between Assam black tea and natural pistachio flavor, steeping at 100°C is desirable. While Indian black tea can withstand high temperatures, this isn't the case for cardamom.

When should you drink pistachio black tea?

Black tea contains caffeine. We therefore recommend drinking it in the morning or during the day, for example to accompany a small piece of marzipan as a snack. In the evening, prefer a rooibos that's free from stimulating molecules.
