This Darjeeling grand cru comes from the Kalimpong region located at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Near the Jaldhaka forest, this area is protected for the herds of elephants and other wild animals. The plantation takes its name from the breathtaking view of the snow-capped Himalayas. The cool winds give it a temperate climate that is conducive to the growth of the tea plant. This Darjeeling offers a fine and sparkling flavor.
Rare and ephemeral, it is the result of the perfect alchemy between an exceptional terroir and an ancestral know-how. The FTGFOPl (Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe One) classification indicates that the leaves are whole and that the teas have been produced in superior plantations.
